That happened a couple of times I inquired about it and they said it was TRAINING WTH! ?
So you scam me into a training package and then not refund my freaking money !? Classy !

What's going there for over two years the employee that work there threatened my life got all her kids friends from middle school and high school to bully me and it sucked now she's fired I want to go back but they're trying to charge me for the month I didn't go
I gave two stars because the facility is clean and the trainer is very knowledgeable.
Clean & great members. Everyone is extremely helpful AND they're open 24/7.
Be careful when getting the training I was mis-informed it was explained to me twice exactly like this. That I paid only for the number of times I wanted to train say I wanted 3 times a week for 4 weeks and did not use them all up they would carry over to the next month I would not be charged anything else. I injured my back, and could no longer train. My son went and got a couple of visits for training his schedule for hectic and missed some as well , So I never acquired any further training visits and should have still had some left over for future training HOWEVER I noticed each month I would have two phantom charges from Quik fit of $285 ! Plus my membership fee!
Great gym with maintained equipment and 24 hour access.
But never again I just say beware of anything extra you want .
