Date: May 2017. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR FURNITURE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY! Soldiers stay away! Not worth your time or money.
I would not recommend this company. We paid for three hours of service. The two guys they sent were slower than pond water. We had to pay for two hours over the original three. They scratched our wood floors because they were too lazy to pick up the furniture they were moving
We hired their services to help us move from one house by gate 6 to our new house by gate 2 on Fort Campbell. They showed up late to the appointed time and blamed issues at the gate for them having trouble getting in. The people that was sent were both mute so communication with these guys were almost impossible. As they were moving our washer and dryers to their truck, they dented the washer, scratched it up, and now it doesn't operate correctly. They broke our dresser. After hours of moving, they only got 2 bedrooms done and our living room. They then asked if we can go get them lunch because I had a friend go to Taco Bell. After we went to our new house to unload some of the items in our vehicle, we get a phone call from "Wendy" the store manager. She was telling us that we needed to get back to the house so they can finish their job. They never contacted us nor told us that they were done trying to get food. It's not my responsibility to manage these peoples times. Then Wendy said that they were going to charge us for the time that they went to lunch because they didn't get to eat lunch. NOT OUR FAULT!. After it was all said and done, we dismissed them and said they were no longer needed. We had to get a u-Haul truck and move the rest ourselves which took another 2 days. They quoted us 5 hours. Afterwards, we talked to Wendy again to discuss the claims that our washer and dryer was damaged and that the dresser was broken. She said they would send someone out to appraise the damage. They never did. They also quoted us on a certain price which they didn't keep to so when My husband inquired about that, they said they would send us a check to re-imberse the difference. I still haven't gotten it yet and it is now OCT 2017. So in short, do not use this company even if your life depended on it. They were rude, unprofessional, and careless in how they conducted business. This isn't the first time I've used them. I also used them in 2014 and had a similar issue. This is two times that this had occurred. My mistake for thinking that this company would change. If the Owner or manager has an issue with this review please feel free to give my husband a call. We can sort this out in court if they want to dispute this claim as false.
